Is my order eligible for a refund?

Your order would be eligible for a refund if all items or part of the items in your order haven't arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase.

Your order would be eligible for a refund if all items or part of the items in your order have been damaged during transit.

Your order would not be eligible for a refund if all items or part of the items in your order haven't arrived due to errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.

Please note that our policy lasts for 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since the date of original purchase, unfortunately your order would not be eligible for a refund.

How much refund will I get?

If your order is eligible for a refund for all itemsthen you will receive a Full Refund, which includes shipping charges on your order.

If your order is eligible for a refund for part of the itemsthen you will receive a refund, including any shipping charges, for those items only.

How do I claim my refund?

Please note that in case of damaged items, customers would need to provide photographic evidence of the damaged items for us to initiate a refund.
